I haven't really done anything this week so have no idea why I lost weight. I am still staying off white foods but not watching what I eat.

It's been a while since I have checked my weight. Pleasantly surprised. I have just been doing what I have been doing. I only have one cheat day now and even then I make sure I have at least one very light meal that day.

I haven't had time this week to weigh myself and today I was pretty happy that I lost again. So far I've only had one gain day.

I am actually really disappointed as I've only dropped 0.5kgs. It seems that it isn't enough. However I have also quit smoking which makes me want to eat more so that could have had an effect.

I have been cooking healthy food at home recently because my wife seems to want to add processed vegetable oil to everything (pretty much the only oil available in Chinese supermarkets)
Yesterday, I cooked roast chicken with baked beans added garlic, onions and whole grain mustard plus salt and pepper for taste.
Really simple to make but was great and now I have barbecue beans left over to add to something today.
Still haven't been eating extra carbs such as bread, rice, potatoes or pasta. I have done really well because out of all the foods, I love those the most.
