well, thanksgiving and kids birthdays have me barely maintaining my new weight, but at least i'm not GAINING!

wow so frustrated with this weight yo-yo need to be diligent about recording in myty food and excersise journal..DAILY.

new diet tip; eat the 200 calorie organic noodlea at lunch (170-200 cal) very filling, has carbs but its ok in the middle of the day. At night LOTS of vedgtabes, roasted on the electric burner

weel I had surgery In January and all that sitting around really shows! Have a shooting for a reality series in 17 days!! must loose 7 lbs by then! So Im inventing my own 17 day crash and burn plan!!! It focuses on low carbs NO SODA OR CANDY SUGAR AT ALL, in fact for this to really work all alcohol will be Vodka or wine for the diet (FYI: I will allow one beer every 7 days to avoid sheer madness!!) Also tons and tons of water, I am also taking "IrvingIAppress" wow it makes me naseous! Doesnt seem to decrease my hunger at all tho :(

Wow, So I NEED to use fatsecret daily to count calories iswear I was pigging out for a week straight!!! afraid to weigh myself!!! Gonna get back on track and weigh myself 10 days from now (hopefully will be 106!!!) afarid to look now. Knee Injury doesnt help! Cant workout, it around bored snacking all day!!!ARGHHH
