So Last night was the CARB LAST SUPPER for me, I drank a litre of coke, ate tons of candy, ice cream, dumplings and potstickers, made myself SICK!! But now i don't feel like I miss any of my fav carbs, i am ready an excited to go food shopping tonight

Okay, I've decided, this yo-yo stuff has to stop I have oscillated between 118 and 123 for the last 10 days!! 123 is my weight typically 2 months after having a baby!!! I CANNOT FIT INTO ANY OF MY PANTS!!!
I am starting the Atkins diet. Today is my first day, I am doing the Jump-Start diet for 2 weeks, with the addition of carb free Vodka distilled from potatoes..LOL but I gotta party over the holidays! Just lucky I am a Russian and drink Vodka without a chaser!
Also i joined Planet Fitness, Getting back into shape. i was a personal fitness trainer and yoga instructor for 12 years, So although it may be tough the first few weeks, I am going to workout 45 minutes, 5 days a week for the first week, then 1 hour a day for 5 days a week the 2nd week. I think I can expect some SOLID results by the end of the 2nd week, enough to keep me inspired at least.

This working, not even hungry, plus all the weight is falling off my stomach (what I wanted to start, legs can wait..). gonna start running 2 times a week next week and weight training 5 times a week like I used to, so excitedt o get my body back, that Im sitting at a great coffee shop restaurant around people eating fries, burgers pasta atc, and I dont even want a bite! Just looking forward to my KimChi and tofu soup tonight. Hot tubbing on Saturday, hope to be 18.5 by then!!!

Well Thanksgiving had me up to 124 on Saturday!!! Think I am going to do a liquid diet for few days, soups, teas juices etc..

Diet begins Today:
*1000kcal per day.
*loose 3lbs a week
*workout 5 days a week
*Dinner of soup or salad only with an exception 1 night a month
