Ughh, so I had been eating gluten free and loosing weight! then last night was my cheat night I had pizza and beer and gained 2.5 lbs!!

Wow, one night of chicken dinner with potatoes, stuffing peas and butter and I gained 2.5 lbs. I ddin't even have a full plate?! What gives. Starting the 1000 kcal a day challenge!!!! and eat for yur blood type diet. fat cells prepare to die!!!

UGHH. so much for loosing all that weight, i got super sick fo rlike 8 weeks or more and all that sitting around took its toll. Need to work out regularly again. Goal is to loose 2lbs per week until I hit 106 (3 weeks from now) and then loose 1lb per week, that last 4 lbs it tricky don't want to lose boob and butt weight only thighs and tummy. therefore reaching my graduation goal weight of 104 in time for my graduation on May 10th

UGH! effn holiday season messing with my diet, i think potlucks should be off limits, ate all my calories for the day in one sitting! and now its a friday night and I have no calories left for BEER :(
