Still 150...suprise suprise. Tomorrow I am running 7km on my lunch break. God if I could only quit eating so much everything would be great.
Everything diet wise is a mess but at least I am staying reasonably sober. It is a struggle...no question..It was so hard not to go off and buy a drink after work..if not for this run tomorrow I would be half cut right now..I need to find something to do with my time..idle time is my serious enemy..amazing.
In my food diary I put I ate an item from taco bell..I ate a steak dinner from the keg.

Calves are super sore from the stairwell decent yesterday. Never felt it until today but now I know where to get a killer calve workout in just ten quick minutes that is for sure.
Went swimming yesterday as well since my daughter has swimming lessons I just joined in.
I am going to make an effort be be as active as I possibly can so that I stay away from unhealthy choices!
I deserve to be fit healthy and energetic....choices! A million choices and chances to make the right ones.

Well today at work I climbed down 520 stairs in a fire drill...well more like sped walk down them. I felt okay after. My hip hurts a bit from "insanity" work out.
I am interested in going up those stairs...all 520 of them during my lunch hour, and will do it on Friday!
I am big and fat but at least I am not totally inactive. I watched a show on people who ran 250 km in six days in iceland in the bitter cold..now that is a challenge..a short 520 jaunt up to the 26th floor of my office building isnt so bad. I will attemp. I may give up around 300 who knows but at least its a start!

Well today did "insanity" for half an hour. Was an intense workout..felt great.
Eating was alright, nothing major. I am making everything I need to from home and then preparing even the following evenings dinner the night before. There is nothing I hate more then having to come home and cook. I prefer to come home and eat and then cook for the following day! Another plus to this is I dont splurge on some fast food takeaway cause I know dinner is at home waiting for me.
I read the G.I diet book last night and one thing that just killed me is how I would have to jog something like 36 miles just to burn one pound of fat..omg..omg..so is diet..so is...Not exercize as much as diet..dont know why it took so long to realize this until I saw the actual math. But so true!
