In ketosis starting today. Glad to be back. Ate 20 wings last night for dinner was awesome and still in ketosis. Anyways glad to be back on track. Anyways should be a nice time to lose the weight. Feeling stoked and craving a workout vs a drink.

Ate some carrots today, forgot not to eat them so my carbs are a bit over 20g but I figure in another day or two I will go into ketosis. Managed to stay away from most bad stuff and took my coffee without sugar as per usual on atkins.
Planning a trip to mexico over xmas and so actually wanna look sexy for it, so I am gonna see how much I can lose in two months..prob not to much but at least something!
Anyways back to Atkins I am and this time I cant wait to pee on those little sticks and see them turn into a diff. color.

Okay, so went on a week long drinking binges..well nine days in a row to be exact. I am not sure how I did that but I did and now its over thankfully. Of course I dont even want to step on a scale.
So finally not hungover today I did a good work out, ate reasonably well, though had a couple candies and two handfulls of chips..oh well!!!!!
I had three sausages and a fried egg for breakfast, a garden salad with sweet onion dressing and about a cup of hamburger .25 a cup of rice and some hot sauce for lunch, and for dinner six stalks of asparagus drenched in olive oil as well as steak and lemon water.
Then my snacks were a handful of chips and two jubjubs and one soda cracker and a small peice of some caramel snack..not even sure what it is but it was probably super fattening.
Anyways I am back and I worked my ass of at the gym and I am going to eat healthy on my lunch tomorrow..really starting up atkins baby!!!!!
