Earlier today, I recorded yesterday's entry because I was too tired to do it. Now, I'm actually recording todays. I had a great night, one of my oldest friends moved to town and I went to her place for dinner tonight. The food was great but, I definitely drank too much! But thats what housewarmings are for right? Either way, I'm super stoked and had a great night.
Today's Goal was to do some stretching and yoga/pilates... I did do some stretching, because my legs are super stiff, but I didn't really do any yoga/pilates. Oh well!
Tomorrows Goal: I wasn't home tonight, and so didn't plan tomorrows meals, so tomorrow's goal is simple: eat healthy!... and no alcohol!
Food:
Breakfast: Egg scrambled with mushrooms and spinach, blueberries
Lunch: Veggie/Bean soup
Dinner: Rice, Chicken thighs in a yummy sauce with cranberries (I didn't make it), corn on the cob, 1 beer, lots of wine :D
Snacks: Celery dipped in almond butter
Water: Almost 2L (almost 2 bottles)

This entry is actually for yesterday. I was really tired last night and forgot to do my journal entry. Yesterday was one of the first times we had actual summer weather. The sun was out, no clouds, slight breeze, so after class I joined a few classmates for a beer on the patio of the campus pub. It was amazing :)
Today's Goal: I did make a mini parfait for breakfast instead of picking up the usual scone. But I didn't have time to make coffee so I still bought that.
Tomorrow's Goal (Which is actually today because this entry is late): Do some yoga/pilates and stretch out my stiff leg muscles

Breakfast: Yogurt/little bit of bran cereal/blueberries, coffee
Lunch: Yam fries and beer
Dinner: Quinoa Veggie bake (Quinoa, broccoli, zucchini, green onion, acorn squash, butternut squash, sprinkle of cheese)
Snack: Apple
Water: 4 Bottles =4L

Today was pretty good. I walked to the grocery store, which is about 20-25minutes from my house. I also made a tasty Veggie Bean Soup, which is cheap and diet friendly :) I have a Stats test in the morning, so this is going to be a short entry.
Today's Goal: Determine the size of my water bottle. Answer: Just barely shy of 4 cups ( =1L =33.8 ounces) - I'm on my third one today :D
Tomorrow's Goal: Get up early enough to make breakfast and coffee... DO NOT stop at the campus coffee shop for a coffee and scone ( Jokingly called my breakfast of champions on the run)
Food:
Breakfast: Fried egg on toast, yogurt
Lunch: Cottage cheese and blueberries
Dinner: Veggie/Bean Soup
Snacks: Veggies
Water: 3 bottles = 3L

Today was pretty quiet. I got out of class early, so I did lots of cleaning at home (So exciting!). I have found a recipe for a tuscan bean soup that I think I will try making tomorrow. I'm super excited for tomorrow. A friend of mine is moving to town and we are going to start a weight loss challenge between us :)
Goal for tomorrow: Measure the size of my stainless steel water bottles - its really hard to track water consumption when I don't know how much water is in the bottle!
Food:
Breakfast: Skipped
Lunch: Scrambled egg and spinach on toast with low fat cheese and half fat mayo
Dinner: Quinoa Veggie bake (Quinoa, zucchini, broccoli, acorn squash, butternut squash) little touch of cheese on top
Snacks: Chocolate bar :( and Apple slices and almond butter on brown rice cakes
"Nothing tastes as good a thin feels"
- I need to remember this next time the chocolate calls me!
