Today was pretty good. Sadly, I didn't get as much studying done as I wanted. I have a big interview for a mentorship program tomorrow night and I'm getting nervous about it, which is distracting me from studying :(
Tomorrow's Goal: Eat well and don't stress so that I look and feel great for the interview!
Food:
Breakfast: Egg scrambled with mushrooms, yellow pepper and onion on whole wheat toast with avocado, greek yogurt, coffee
Lunch: (it was really late... 3:30?) Whole wheat wrap with capicola, provolone, spinach and pesto, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes and a couple strawberries
Dinner: Roommate's homemade spanakapita and tzatziki
Water: 2.5L
Gonna buy a scale... on friday? .. after class :)

I have a big interview coming up on wednesday, and I shopped for hours today trying to find a nice top to wear. It was horrible. I found nothing, I hate so many of the fashions right now. Oh well, atleast I did a lot of walking.
Tomorrow's Goal: Do lots of studying, 2 finals coming up!
Food:
Breakfast: Steel cut oats, unsweetened applesauce, strawberries and cinnamon
Snack: Iced coffee and a muffin, kashi bar.
Dinner: Whole wheat wrap with capriccola,provolone, pesto, tomatoes and spinach. Sliced pepper on the side and greek yogurt for desert
Water: 1.5L
Still need to get a scale... I'm getting really curious about my weight, the number currently recorded is from almost a month ago.....

Diet wise this weekend hasn't been so great. I drank alot on Friday night and I haven't been recording like I'm suppose to, BUT my measurements have gone DOWN!! Yay!!
Last measurements were June 22.
Today:
Upper Arm: 11.23 - DOWN .25
Above Boobs 34.5
Over Boobs 39 - Up one, but its probably the bra
Under Boobs 30 - DOWN 1.5
Belly Button 36 - DOWN .5
Love Handles 38 - DOWN 1
Belt 36.5
Butt 40.5 - DOWN 1
Thighs 23.75 - DOWN .25
Calves 15.25 - DOWN .25
Woot Woot! This is awesome! :) If only I had a scale to weigh myself ....
Food:
Breakfast: Steelcut oats with strawberries and cinnamon/skim milk, apple and coffee
Lunch: Veggie Bean Soup
Dinner: Whole wheat wrap with spinach, pesto, provolone, cappicola (sp?) and tomato, cottage cheese and orange pepper
Snack: Kashi Mocha Almond bar, Greek yogurt (90cal serving)

Today was pretty good. Until I had a muffin in class tonight. But it had been hours since I ate and I was in desperate need of some fast energy to keep me up till the end of my evening class. Now that that is done, I'm headed to bed cause I have a statistics test in the morning.
Today's Goal: Do something active - major fail, I studied all day - aka I sat on my butt.
Tomorrow's Goal: Do well on the statistics test, I know its not weight loss related, but I really need a good grade.
Food:
Breakfast: Steel cut Oats with cinnamon and unsweetened apple sauce, coffee
Lunch: Scrambled egg with lots of spinach and mushrooms, blueberries
Dinner: Veggie/Bean Soup
Snack: Raspberry Morning Glory Muffin
Water: 1.5L (lots of coffee)

I'm not feeling the greatest today, I think I may be fighting off a cold or something. So I stayed home and did homework and took a long nap. I did eat fairly well today, and have determined that I really need to buy a scale!
Today's Goal: Eat healthy and no alcohol - Done and Done!
Tomorrow's Goal: Do something active... like walk to the mall to catch the bus to school... and get lots of sleep so I feel better soon.
Food:
Breakfast: Mushroom/spinach scrambled eggs, blueberries, coffee
Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat french toast with cinnamon and unsweetened apple sauce
Dinner: Quinoa Veggie bake
Snack: Pear and Blueberries
Water: 2L
