Daughter came to visit today from New York . She and her guy are Strict Vegan. So I put out a spread of Asparagus, cucumbers, tomatoes, baby corn, green olives, baby carrots, baby gherkins, mandarin oranges, and sliced gala apple. Crackers, pumpkin seeds, and walnut bits on the side. Did well only had 23 Net carbs for the whole days menu including the meal with my daughter. I'm able to say I measured and documented all carbs and showed control. I feel good about that.

Went to Big Lots today it was 10% off of $50.00 or more I spent over $100 of course so I got 20% off. I bought every seasoning and spice they had which ended up costing me only 85 cents each to spice up my meals as I am getting bored with bland. I am the microwave Queen and have been for the past 10 yrs so actually cooking with Low Carb recipes will be interesting. I also bought these neat square long baskets with a handle to store them in so I could just pull the whole spice basket out of the cupboard when needed. Got one also for the flavorings and baking needs for low carb. They had great deal on Shrimp, hamburger, and a few other things. I am ready for the kick it into gear portion of my LCHF. I'm adding walnuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds for my extra 5 grams of carbs. We shall see how this month goes.

Took a ride over to Savers some amazing low carb cookbooks 4 to be exact for only 2.99 each and the 5th one free was an Atkins The Complete Atkins book which is awesome. all for around 11 and some change... Most of the books give you exacts on how many carbs in the recipes. It was a blessing. Great day! Then over to Ocean State job lots for some amazing spices to add some flavor Im getting burnout lol on tastes. Im adding Sardines, Herring also for the menu . The tastebuds are feeling a bit testy lately... There is a world of low carb tasty recipes out there this ole gal to explore. That was my problem before I got burn out on the same ole same ole.

Woke up feeling like I was 7 months pregnant. I Know it was the Pork Rinds I ate last night around 7. They were not the usual puffy ones I buy they were more condensed and crunchier hence I over ate. Note to self watch the salty stuff you will pay in the long run. .Nothing after 6 pm trial run starting today.

Christmas Baggage gone. Thank God... New Day New Way! Down 2 lbs this morning it was mostly water weight though but its gone.......
