Listened to my stomach this week and quit when I was satisfied. When eating out, I need to stop ordering a meal deal. When I did this week, It was too much. I ate the main food, but left most of the fries and soda. It wasn't even worth spending the extra money for those. Gotta remember that next time. Went shopping to re-stock and won't have to eat out as much so this should be a better week.

Weight is coming off slowly but have noticed other changes in my body. A lot of time I feel slimmer than the scale says. Tomorrow I have a job interview and I get to wear my size 8 outfit!! Now that is progress. I guess it's better to see the progress in my clothes than on the scale.

I made the fat flush Sunday night and I don't really care for the flavor. It's okay but wouldn't say it tastes great. Funny, it's the only recipe in the book (so far) that doesn't taste
great
. I exercised more this past week, yay! Did not sleep well last night, Ha! I think I'm rambling. Downloaded the new CarbLovers App to my ipod and really like it. It sure does make keeping track of my calories and RS on a daily basis easier. It can only get better. Down another pound and a half, WOOHOO!! On that note, I think I'll go make my juice and have a bite to eat. Oh, yeah. Proud of myself yesterday. We had Panda Express brought in for lunch yesterday at work and instead of just loading up my plate, I slowed down, gave some thought to what my options were, and proceeded to select food for a balance of starch, veggies and protein. I did well with portion size and did not over eat. I watched my portion sizes and ended up with just enough on my plate to fill me to satisfaction and no more. That was very satisfying.

My knee is feeling better so will try to light exercise this week. At least I didn't gain. Whew!!

Knee is feeling better every day, the swelling is less every day. Thank you, Lord. I do believe in the power of prayer. My calf is sore, can't figure that out. I will keep stretching it out and massaging it. So glad for a husband who prays for me every time I hurt myself. Also very glad that I can still get on my trampoline. Can't do much, but, every little bit helps. Put the support bar on so that I don't have to balance myself and gently bounce a few minutes at a time. Weird, tho, my calf always feels like it's loosening up when I get off the trampoline, but then it tightens right up again. Just gotta make sure I don't over do.
