My name is Reva and I have always had problems with my weight. I used to be a Weight Watchers member and now Im doing Biggest Losers diet plan because it focuses more on exercise and healthier foods! I was born in Miami Fl. and now live in Colorado Springs. Im 29 pushing 30 this year and want to lose close to 200 pounds by August 30th my birthday! Im a self starter and love to help people with just about anything! I love to sing, volunteer,photography,and psychology!I made a couple groups of my own for people to attend and hope they will! I love challenges so am up for anything... I know I dont look my weight but I am I carry it well and am 5'9" plus have muscular arms and legs so that helps. I know a lot about diet and nutrition and losing weight but keeping it off is the hardest thing to do I would have to say besides staying motivated which is hard for us all! I have a cheat day once a week to eat one meal that I want no matter how good or bad to take the edge off or buy clothing to award myself! when I was a Weight Watchers member I lost 60 pounds in 5 months went down to 265! But then I had a tragic death in my family and fell into a deep depression and gained it all back and more :( So I tried again but Weight watchers has changed there points so much that I found myself gaining instead of losing...
So now Im doing Biggest Losers diet because they go by the standard amount of calories, and have a very healthy program and food pyramid to stick with. Weight Watchers was all about points Bigget Loser is about calories they are both good programs but something That I noticed about Biggest Loser is it has a higher sucess rate in "Keeping It Off"! They also come very close in comparison with the American Heart Association diet,and Diabetic Diet which are some of the healthiest diets out there to be on for any lifestyle!

In conclusion Im here to lose weight just like everyone else...
