I have maintained my weight since Tuesday. I guess that's something...I was just hoping for a little loss by now! Official weigh-in isn't until 1/20--just needed a sneak peek.

It snowed last night! :) We only got like 2 or 3 inches, but it's exciting! This is our first BIG snow of winter! We've had a dusting or two, but it melts away really quickly. We didn't even have a white Christmas this year.
It's crazy though...I grew up in Northern Indiana (now in Central Indiana) where I was used to having lots of snow, especially lake effect snow from the great lakes! It's weird because I miss seeing the snow! I just hate it when it gets all brown & slushy. *eww*
I don't really have anything to report about weight loss and whatnot. I guess I wanted to just give a little update even if it were just about snow! LOL :)
Hey! It's my journal and I'll write about whatever I want! Hehehehe ;-)

Overall, I'm only up 0.4 lbs this week! I'll take it! =) I would have guessed I'd be up at least a pound or a little more!
I'll have this 0.4 lb off in no time plus some!

Headache, Headache!
Go A-way!
Don't come back another day!
I have been dealing with some HORRIBLE headaches lately--like for the last week. I was thinking that maybe it had something to do with my sinus' because I have been a bit stuffy. I've been taking some OTC medication that has helps with sinus headache, sinus congestion and sinus pressure.
It's been working enough to make me feel a little better, but it's not helping to make feel as well as I would like. It specifically gets back at night time when I lay down. The headache intensifies and my nose immediately closes up and I cannot breathe out of my nose. And, I HATE breathing out of my mouth--I don't feel like I get enough air & it gives you bad breath! =(
Last week I even bought some of the night time sinus stuff. It seems to be doing okay, but I still haven't been sleeping all that well.
In other news, it's weigh-in day tomorrow! Hoping for a loss, but who knows at this point... I've had a few too many bad-eating days this week! I wouldn't be surprised if I am up in the morning.

Feelin' pretty ding-dang-dong crappy today. I don't know what it is, but I've been feeling a bit depressed-ish lately.
I ate way too many Hershey's Kisses today...Those are totally NOT on plan. *sigh* What am I going to do with myself?
Maybe I should do low-low carb for the next couple of day? I need a detox. Oy!
