I went downhill today, I know it is because I have a weekend coming up where I am not sure if I can eat well... cooking is up to others and I have no say... I can however choose to eat less... but I am already dreading it... so I am sabotoging my own eating now.. I really dislike when I do this.. so you say,,, stop!!! I say that to.. but I don't listen well... someone give me a pep talk? I don't know but I hate to lose the progress I have made so far... which I actually have lost (gained) some of it back.

keeping up with exercise,, going along steady with good choices on food... my foot is not totally healed my husband is calling me wabbly and my daughter hurt her foot on Saturday (got stitches) and she is hobbly so we are wabbly and hobbly... :) but I can really notice the change in my body now,, for awhile there even though the weight chart looks good and the cals are good.. I didn't see a change, but my clothes are now looser and I actually fit into my medium size night gown I bought last year.. because it was so beautiful... but couldn't get myself into it.. I was thrilled when it went on... still could use a bit less of me in it... but it fit.. I am so happy, and my motivation level has gone up a bit more.. I find when I don't do my normal 6 day routine of exercise on Sunday I feel guilty... I know I shouldn't because even my muscles need a rest... but I am ready for it monday again.. and keeping my exercise to work days has been a wonderful thing.. I am not burnt out because I do get rest from it... thought I keep up my walking every day... so on a scale of 1-10 of happy it is a 7 right now... :)

well as of today, my points have gone to 22 pts a day... I am excited because actually I have been doing 21-22 a day these past few days anyway,, and to see it is doable, is awesome. And my foot is doing better, when I exercise... when I don't it hurts... so now I make sure to walk before my heavy exercise to loosen it up... it works for me.
