The new year is here and my new routine will impact my weightloss:
1. Five days per week, I must excersice for an hour -- 2 half hour sessions if necessary.
2. Weigh in twice a week--Monday and Friday
3. Log in everything I eat -- consume 1,500 calories or less per day
My goal is to reach 155lbs by March 2013

The rowing machine is definately working.... For the last three weeks, i combined it with weight training. I am working out an average of 5 days a week.
The new year is coming. It's been 5 pounds in four weeks but seemed to have plataued in the last week. Any tips? Any new buddies with a new challenge?

Well...I did not gain not did I lose on my trip to New England. Now, it's Manhattan. Let's see if I stay steady or manage to shed a few pounds!

One pound a week is coming off. I am happy it is going down!
The half hour of rowing is effective- it works the entire body.
The challenge begins today as I hit one full week on the road for work.
