Day 87! Today I immediately started out in the yard! I took a break to have a picinic with my youngest at school! Then I came back to work more in the yard. I'm pulling out big GIANT roots from the front. There use to be an OLD BIG tree in our bed, but when we moved in all there was was a big stump. My husband had the stump removed while I was gone...and now we are finally working on getting the bed the ready for our desires. But you should see some of the roots I'm pulling out...YIKES the size of tree limbs! ;) So this is indeed a workout!
But I just finished a 15 minute run explore 6:40 minute miles for a minute! :) I will continue trying the much faster speeds. :) But I did a BodyRock workout. It was pretty tough.
Spider Push-up: 7/6/6
10 mountain climber/2 jump lunges: 4/5/5
Side Lunge Jumps: 25/28/45<------Not sure I did these correctly

Day 86! I've been really bad about getting to my journal since the weather has been so nice!! ;) At least I'm doing something!
Today marks day 86. Shaking head! That is a super long time! I mean awesome! But today I went to Spin class. My legs were killing me from yesterdays workout and intense clean-up in the yard. But I worked very strong at spin. I'm seeing such major improvement in my workouts now! I feel so much stronger even when I'm physically tired. :)
I've been working out in the landscape all afternoon. Not sure I'll do any more works of the day. If I do anything...it will be yoga!! ;) I'm still sore from yesterday!

Day 83! Today I really wanted to do BodyRock.tv but I have not! I did walk 4 miles. And I feel good about that. I've been really tired still! And I'm not sure why. So today I'll honor it instead of working out! I'll just workout tomorrow and Sunday.
But I did come up with something new. I'm going to do Bodyrock all the time for the next 36 days (the time the boys will be out of school) ;) I'll find any reason to come up with a plan!! LOL But I will do Tues-Saturday. Sunday and Monday will be free days to workout if I want or rest. But I'm doing this because Bodyrock like to post LATE at night and I just do not fully function at night. So I will do that night's workout the following day. And their schedule starts Mon-Fri. I came up with this today. I'm hoping to be in good shape by then. If not...I'll be ok with it. I have no idea how long its actually going to take me to fully get into shape. I've never really done this before! But I'm working it!! :)
Also if you notice I like to change it up...all the time. This is me. I function well with this type of schedule. I like trying new things. I'll even go back to old things. But I must always change it up. This really freaks out my hubby because he is fully focused on one thing at a time. He questioned my new way and I had to let him understand why I was doing this. I'm not sure if he really likes it...but what else can I say. Its me....this is how I roll!! :)

Day 81! I wanted to really do yoga today....:( I did not get to do it! But I'm hoping tonight I will be able to do so. Instead I did a 15 minute sprint/walk with 7 minute miles!! :) And then I rocked it out with BodyRock.tv March 20th workout and ab workout! I'm kinda in a funk today...my visitor is about to visit! Always lovely! But other than that....today is today!

Day 80! Crazy!! Day 80! And I'm really surprised at how easy this has been...I mean I'm using what I've done all together. Now its not been completely easy, but the point I'm trying to make is; once I made goals and started working out...it really all became easy! Now I'm not exactly where I wanted to be...but I'm ok with my progress so far. I've done awesome!
Today I did 15 minutes sprint/run on treadmill and then I did March 19th, 2012 BodyRock.tv workout! As usual the workout was tough. I also did the ab extra! The run was fantastic as usual! I'm doing great lately with running fast! :) And this makes me happy! I have no idea what my reps were with the workout of the day because I was so in a zone and more focused on doing it! :)
Tonight I may do a 20 minute yoga by Baron but I'm not too worried if I do it!
Also today I met a new friend! We had lunch and chatted for hours! This is so lovely because I really do not have a whole lot of friends here. I think I've expressed this before, but getting out of the house for lunch was so nice! Hopefully I can do that more often! :)
