Hi Folks
This is day 2 of my Diet ...... 6 weeks to lose some weight ...... I am hoping for 21 lbs (aim high I say) But This is the heaviest I have ever been in my Life ...... First Hurdle: if my calculations are right it should take me to the end of April and then hopefully continue on to get to my ideal weight of 11.4 st for my Holidays ...... Fingers crossed I'll get there ...... T.T.F.N. MM

My lovely dog pepper is so very ill.....over the last 2 weeks he has gone down hill quite quickly, the DM has now spread to his front legs and movement for him now is virtually none existent ....after a visit to the vets on Friday and talking openly we have decided it's the kindest thing to do and have him put to sleep..... so this weekend we brought him to Rutland waters for the very last time.....when you talk to him he still responds to your voice but cannot move his body not even to turnover, as the vet explained to us it's a similar disease in the animal kingdom to what Steven Hawkins had!!!.....l will miss that dog so much.....MM x

Hi Peeps
Had to take my Dog Roxxy (The sprollie) to the vets yesterday as she's done some sort of damage to her front right leg..... because of her cross breed she's a very energetic dog running around all over the place, the other day she went down an irrigation ditch which surrounds our local park, its not very deep and has a couple of inches of gravel in the bottom, she went to retrieve her ball and when she was trying to get up she yelped and from then on started to limp..... so now the little sweetie has got to have an x-ray on Monday under general anaesthesia, which holds some forms of danger and when you sign the consent form all sorts of things flash through your mind, Bless Her!.....I'm having bread today for the first time in absolute ages, hubby fancied a bacon sarnie, cos I've not been eating bread nor has he.....jumped on the scales this morning and I'm still the same weight (sigh), hope my indulgence today doesn't cause me to have an increase tomorrow (fingers crossed) I'll just have to wait and see .....

Hi Folks
Going to Nottingham Theatre tonight to see Marti Pello Been a massive fan of Wet Wet Wet for many years, this was a Christmas pressie from my youngest daughter, I'm so Looking forward to the show.....Lost another .5 lb today this 16-8 fasting regime is really working for me I'm slowly getting there bit by bit.....weather here is very cloudy and a little chilly to be honest so I'm in the kitchen today making Kefir cream cheese and a batch of yoghurt's, haven't made any for quite a while now as I've been far too busy in my garden so today I'm wearing my Chef's Hat.....BFN
