Well today I learned a new lesson, McDonalds snack wraps are loaded with sodium and the cals aren’t too low either. What a waste of cals on crap food, well that won’t happen again . Gees I hate making mistakes a person can rationalize their life away with excuses isn’t going to happen here. I am busting my ass to get to 180 by the end af January and nothings going to stop me.

Weight - 194 lbs
Well I hit double digit weight loss, 10 pounds, yippee! Still have kept some upper body definition so am pleased with that. Switching up my workout routine a bit to include some Push-ups, Pull-ups, Dips, Slant - Board abs, and Roman Chair Back extensions. Will make it a six day a week routine hitting each section twice in a week.
Really hit the popcorn last night, three mini-bags worth 390 cals. Kept my total cals within reason so am not too upset but next time I will just avoid the popcorn period and go for something with a little more substance.
Okay, I better get off my rear and get some exercise in.
