Well I have really been off the wagon, eating bad. Today is the first day back on routine. I have to eat right and plan things out. Lesson learned again, but at least this time I caught myself in time.

Went up two pounds!!! yet I am going to try and weigh daily so I can keep track of things and to keep me honest,

Well since I hit my goal of 180 lbs I have decided to lower it to 169lbs....my BMI for normal.
Maybe I am setting myself up for failure by pushing it yet I really feel as though I am on a roll now with my exercise and diet (Concept 2).
I still have a gut but it is not as big and I still look a bit pudgy but not as much. When May 11th rolls around for my birthday I want to look good in a swimsuit, you know?
Maybe there is a challeneg somwhere on the boards for me to join to help with my motivation.
Wish me luck. :-)

I will weigh myself Sunday. I am really determined to get to 170 lbs though 180 is my first goal.
It is simple
Exercise, Water, Fiber
Get 60 min aerobic (Rowing)
Drink 50 oz water
Get 36 grams of fiber
