Haven't been doing much weight training the last week and a half, due to the dizziness I experienced when I was doing weight training 5 days a week. I dont want to lose the muscles Ive gained so I'll start it back up, but only twice a week starting next Monday. Really focusing on cardio since Oct. 1st. Committed to a 30 day cardio challenge! I also started taking my vitamins again. Hope to see an energy boost next week and no constipation. Plan to make some changes to my diet by haven't figured out exactly what that will be... Definitely need more fruits & vegetables.

Took a week off from working out to give my body a rest. Kick started my workout with boot camp this weekend. Ran 2.8 - 3.0 miles each morning before boot camp. This morning focused on weight training of upper body! Will continue to try to do weight training 3-4 times per week & rest 2 solid days this week. Progress Pic #2 taken today.

Took a week off from working out, also relaxed my diet a little... Meaning I ate more of the bad stuff than usual... Surprisingly Ive had no significant weight gain.... Ive noticed my stomach is sticking out a little more and is not as flat.

Really trying to focus on toning. Significant increase to weights training compared to a month ago. Still trying to figure out the right balance of cardio compared to weight training. Finding myself getting a little lazy when it comes to cardio, not pushing myself as hard as I could. 6 week boot camp starts this weekend. Before weights and pics taken today.
