I saw this coming. PMS kills my ability to resist my cravings for sweets and savory stuff. ugh. No amount of exercise will halt the consequences of my choices. I'm dreading my next few weigh-ins. Still, I have tried to workout more to aleviate some of the gain pain.

Didn't take me long to fall off the wagon. ugh. Just when my weight was on a good roll down hill. I'm sure I'll pay later and be bummed that I didn't lose or I gained.
I've decided I need to avoid grocery stores and stores in general that sell food. Unfortunately, my family insists on eating. How do you resist temptations as you walk the aisles?
Also, I bought a "diet" portion (100 calorie package) to have bad things in small doses. I just didn't control myself. How do you stick to your limit?
I need self-contol. It irritates and disappoints me that I don't.

I ate 13 grams of fat and only 1134 calories and I'm not starving. Hooray! Now, I hope I wake up 5 pounds lighter! (ugh... I forgot to enter milk at lunch so I didn't starve as much as I thought I did -- I corrected my calories too.)
