I'll attricute this increase in weight to my pizza and beer over the weekend and day 1 bloating and water retention from my menstrual cycle.

What's your post-workout food?
Great workout day, not a great diet day.
Was going pretty well up until I came home after my workout and the only healthy food was plain lettuce and corn. Not even a tomato. :(
So I ended up having a half a steak that was leftover from my dad's dinner and some fried black beans on 2 hot dog buns.
Seriously, must go grocery shopping to have some ideal post workout food.

Tried to be very good today, since I'm starting to feel like the me I see in the mirror isn't the me I'm usually happy with. My goal weight isn't much, it's 30 lbs, so I want to get to 155 lbs by the end of the year. It's been amazing being able to stay in the 187s range (with some fluctuation) and today at the gym I measured 185.8. WOO! I have a lot of work to do still but I just have to be diligent.
My legs feel like jelly but I am proud of starting to go full force and seeing what the future could hold.
