Rest Day.
No gym, but was quite busy.
Net caloric deficit of 1452 kcal.

Today was Back Day.
Lifted a total of 57, 939 pounds, which is a 5,001 pound increase over last week.
Majority of increases came from Rack Pulls (300 lb), Bent Over (180 lb) and Seated Rows (350 lb).
Feel that my weight is maxed out for now until I begin a bulk phase in 2 more weeks.
Will focus on time under tension.
Post lift HIIT Cardio was 25 minutes for a total of 343 kcals.

Today was Chest day. Lifted a total of 29,730 pounds. A 2,275 pound increase from last Monday.
Tried Ball Crunches today. Harder than it looks.
Cut down the post lift HIIT Cardio to 25 minutes for a total calorie burn of 325 kcal.
Will back of HIIT Cardio by 5 minutes this week and see if there is much difference.

Finished My rest day for a calorie deficit of 508 kcal, for a total weekly deficit of 9,420 kcal.
I am eager for Monday morning weigh-in to see the result.
