Today was Back Day.
Lifted a total of 60,067 pounds, which is an increase of 2,128 pounds from last week. Major increases were from Rack Pulls, and Bent Over Rows.
Completed 35 minutes of Cardio, with 25 minutes of HIIT Cardio post workout for a caloric burn of 345 kcal.
Tomorrow is a Rest day, but will still complete 30 minutes of HIIT Caedio. In addition i will figure out an Abs workout to begin working on abs and core.

THIS ENTRY SHOULD BE MAY 7, ON SUNDAY!
Today was my Friday's leg workout since I took a rest day on Friday.
I lifted a total of 39,010 pounds which was a decrease of 10, 557 pounds since I omitted the Calf Raises and decreased weights for the Leg Press.
Weeks Summary:
Lifted a total of 219,412 pounds compared to 198,522 last week.
Total of 148 minutes of cardio, with 98 minutes HIIT cardio for 1,367 kcal, compared to 1919 kcal with 140 minutes last week (going from 30 minutes to 25 minutes per session makes a difference)
Total Caloric deficit of 12,489 kcal
Macros on target with daily averages as follows: F 62g; P 280g; C 207g
Going Forward:
Starting Week 5 of my 6week Program. My body is feeling it. I thought I would start bulking after this but I really want to reach my target of 235 pounds. What i have decided is to finish Week 6, then go have Cheat Day!
I will take one week off from weight lifting and only do Cardio and Abs, but NO Iron (and yes, this will be tough). After my week off from weight lifting (keeping caloric deficit of 25%), I will slightly raise the deficit to 20%, and continue on a high volume/ moderate weight lifting schedul for another 6 weeks. By then I should have reached my GOAL!
Mt drop has been steady and I am staying the course.

Today was Triceps and Biceps Day. Lifted for a total of 41,058 pounds, however I added 4 sets of Wide Grip Pullups and some Forearm movements.
The total weights for Biceps was 13,510 pounds for an increase of 359 pounds compared to last week.
Total weights lifted for Triceps was 19,765 pounds for an increase of 175 pounds compared to last week.
Last week I did the Triceps portion first and this week it was last. It was a challenge to squeeze out some gains from last week, but managed.
Walked for 2 minutes at 3.6 MPH between muscle groups for "warmup".
A total of 35 minutes Cardio with 25 minutes HIIT Cardio for 352 kcal.
Two full hours of heavy gardening action.
I should see some strong results at weigh-in on Monday!

May 4 entry is actually for May 3, and May 3 entry is for May 4.
Today was Shoulder Day. Lifted a total of 51, 675 pounds, however lifted outside of the schedule.
Forgot my lifting straps so omitted the heavy shrugs in AM. Came back to gym to complete my Power Shrugs, and warmed up with Rack Pulls.
Adjusted weight total to compare the weekly schedule, I lifted a total of 37,995 pounds for an increase of 2,173 pounds compared to last Thursday..
My traps are totally wrecked! :)
A total of 45 minutes of Cardio, with 25 minutes of HIIT Cardio for 347 kcal.
