Did not weigh in today.

Month review, I have increased weights by about 40%, since the beginning of the month. However due to lingering shoulder injury I intentionally started lighter.

Yesteray took Dad to Costco and had a hot dog and salad, and some of his goodies. Went way off the reservation for sure, but went to the gym and lifted like a madman with enough calories close to maintenance.

Cumulative weights lifted totaled 73,295 pounds. Felt so good, but paying for it today.

So for this week, I am going to a 3 day split,with cardio 3 days. I said this before but I always fall back to a 6 day because I love to lift. But THIS TIME, I will do those high intensity training days as last night, and just recover the following day.

Thanks to jimmiepop, he turned me on to leangains.com. I am toyed with IF, but I know i cannot lift fasted. I need some fuel in the tank to get er done.
