SHATTERED oh my, it would seem my internal navigation is on the brink. I went on an adventure of lunacy, the idea was I go for a forest hill walk the web said 45 mins 2-3km, Wrights hill, I googled it found a route and car park I liked the look of.........I decided to up the ante, I would jog slow but jog.......I took a few wrong turns.....it took me over an hour to get off the hill to find myself on the OTHER bloody side of it!!! So I text a friend who gave me directions to her house as that was closer than my car buy about 12 fricken kms!!! So my gentle jog on a nice bush track getting ready for boot camp next week turned into a 90 minute ordeal in the belting sun and up one of the steepest streets in Wellington. Today I can barely move and having thoughts of buying a hand held gps or credit for my phone.

I'm buggered, I did my mile this morning in 17.31, which is crazy because I jogged for 9 minutes!! I have not jogged for 9 minutes in a very, very long time. To be fair I did think my lungs would explode and my brain was going to overheat because my face was on fire! Just to be clear I was jogging for two minute intervals between 2 mins walking at a brisk pace, untill the last 5 mins then it was a slow crawl walk followed by 40 sec jogging but small victories!! It's not 12.25pm and I need a afternoon sleep lol xx
