well found out that i cannot take lisinopril. i blow up to 185 pound and had to be place on lasix 40mg for 2 weeks. i think i stay more in the bathroom then anyplace else. i have started back takeing HCTZ 25mg again and feelin greqat. now i am back down to 174 pound and started back walkin\ joggin 4 to 6 miles 5 times a week. also i have been workin 12 to 14 hours for 4 days a week. being a nurse i have been walkin an avg of 3 to 5 miles durin work days. now i have just gotto get my will power back up. those kids has been cookin cakes, cookies, and all things i cannot have. plus fixin to start a part time job maybe i will become to busy to snack now.

o lord please help, I have been up since 5 am and run 2 miles and then walk 5 mile in alittle over 2hours, wash and detail my car for 3 hour, housework cleanin for 3 hours, cook for 2 hours, wash and fold up cloths for 2 hours, listin 2 my old man compain for at least 3 hours, and now at work since 1040 pm on 3/5/13 and will not get off until 7am......i think I have lost my mind. A least I just got a vit B12 shot in the last week. The life of a nurse, what the hell was I thinkin when I enroll in college those 7 years ago... why not a vet, cop, or evena lawyer?

Ok even though my pound are up my measurement are down some. mid- thigh is 20 3/4 down from 21, hips are 39 1/2 down from 40, waist 31 1/2 down from 33, chest 36 1/2 down from 38 1/2, and under arm 12 1/4 down from 12 3/4. Maybe the pounds will start dropping again I want to weight in at 174 or 173 by next wednesday. wish me luck.

Hate to weight myself today, I goin to after my run/ walk in a hour or 2. My doctor has change my HTN medication to lisinopril from HCTZ, findin out the lisinopril does not work as wel as a water pill as the HCTZ, but its does help my blood pressure to stay normal more and my headaches are alot better now only having headache maybe once a week now. I need to call and talk to him and ask him to change my RX to the combo RX of these two medications. My hands are stayin swollen now more in the morning time. But havin alot of stress in my life at this time, sometimes I wonder if it is better for me to end my relationship with my BF. I have open my eyes and now I know that he will never change. I been tryin for the last 2 years to help stop drinkin so much, but I see he is not even tryin. He stay in bed until noon or later then all he does is sit on the cough and start drinkin and c/o y his life is so bad and what other ppls are doing wrong in thier life. He need tho wake up and smell the rose and take a good look at his. I know I puttin stuff on here I have no business to but I really do need to get if off my chest. I do believ he is bringin my down and he is no good for me now.
