Just did my weigh in and did not see a big number; however, I start a new challenge today to drop 25 pounds by July 31 which excites me and gives me the push I need. My goal weight for that date is at least 261 pounds or better and
I can reach it.
While I didn't appear to drop pounds my clothes are a lot loser. What I will do during this period is to eat more foundation veggies, keep a tighter rein on my net carbs and increase my daily calories. I also need to exercise on a more consistant basis.
I am definitely going to enjoy these next 10 weeks as it has been a while that I have had such a personal challenge.

It's been a long busy week and I am just recovering some energy. Part of the issue is that I think I wasn't drinking enough water. Also I noticed that because I'm not experiencing cravings I don't eat as much or as often. At times it's tough to get in enough daily calories.
I've just noticed that parts of my body are not as fleshy as they once were. I walk around in awe as I'm not experiencing back pain. Incredible - it's only been going on two weeks!

Yesterday was an extremely busy one leaving me physically drained. I woke up in the middle of the night hungry. I alleviated it with cheese - a big change from previous behavior where I would have went straight for the carbs. This morning I'm still a bit tired but have an energy I haven't felt in a while. I had been dragging my right leg but now see I can move it a lot easier. I believe the massage manipulation I'm having done is helping to restore nerve activity to my leg. I also feel a lot lighter so I'm expecting another drop on the scale come weigh-in. Even if I don't, how I feel right now will help me stay on the program.

Another day. After dance class, came home and fell asleep. Feeling really draggy. Eventually became hungry, forced myself to get up and get something to eat. Still somewhat headachy so had cheese and Atkins shake. Today is massage day - ahhhhh.
