I take non-fat plain yogurt, (for Phase 2) and mix it with vanilla extract and splenda for vanilla yogurt! I eat this for breakfast with one hard-boiled egg. I am full until snack time. The weight is melting off with a mix of cardio, strength training, and yoga. I have lost 19 lbs. since Jan. 2, 2007.
