Day 2 of Phase 1 and so far I feel pretty good..not to hungry or deprived. Hope today goes as good. No weight loss but I'm sure it will be coming off soon, slowly but surely.

70,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg. Aún para ir: 6,8 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.
