Diario de ghenne04, 20 abr. 12

Just started spinning this week. After the first session, I was ready to die! My butt hurt, my legs hurt, all of me was sore. But I waited until the soreness was mostly gone, went to another class, and now, the next morning, I'm only slightly sore this time!

It took some work fitting the spinning classes into my schedule, but now that I have, I'm excited to keep going!

New focus on my diet: as much veggies/fruit/tea/lean protein/etc as I want, but restricted (once/week or less) in sugars, carbs, cheese (unless it is a garnish to a salad), and beer. So far so good - it helps that when I exercise vigorously, I tend to crave fruit and veggies over the restricted stuff.
76,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 20,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
