Not to much to say...weight is up and my exercise in down...darn these vacations...:)

69,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,7 kg. Aún para ir: 6,4 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.

Ganando 1,8 kg a la Semana
