Barely made it to work on time today. I'm still waiting to hear back on my raise. I emailed HR friday afternoon reminding her its been 2 weeks. Got a reply back that let me know that a raise isn't necessarily forthcoming just because I had a review. She said she would get back to me by yesterday, still nothing. ':l
At least its payday! Better a smaller check that I was expecting than no check at all right?
I think this will be a stock the freezer kind of weekend. How bad is it I'm already dreaming of saturday and its only wednesday? So for sure I'm going to make my shopping list and plan out meals for hopefully through March. The greatest part is that the main things I can't pre-make and freeze are milk and eggs! Used to be bread on that list but now that I've decided wheat is banned from our foods it'll be easier to avoid the grocery store. I have a half empty chest freezer to fill baby.
Gotta plan for the kids lunches too... Love solving puzzles. She was begging for a new lunch box last night so maybe we'll start there.
At least the rotton scale budged this morning! Only .2 but hey, it went down. Woot. Hopefully the rain will abate tonight and I can take the pup for the long route. Hope everyone has a good hump day.
