Holding almost steady even though I had a few not so perfect Keto days around Easter with the family. Getting back on track and trying to walk as much as possible so hopefully I'll see numbers dropping again soon!

I stayed on track and still gained a half a pound lol. I think it is just normal weight fluctuations happen during weight loss and your body tries to fight it. Not going to let this stop me. and a half a pound does not look so bad when converted to other ways to weight lol. 0.5 pound=8 ounces=0.226796 kilogram=0.0357143 Stone
