Still going down- I've been busting out the ipod and doing a lot of cardio dance moves!

GOOD FOR YOU!..Dancing is SOOO much more fun and invigorating than running on a machine. Unfortunatly there is not alot of room at the place i'm currently living to move around and do the dancing so i kind of do the butt move when I'm doing dishes or something. lol. Congrats! I have about the same amount of weight as you still left to lose. Good Luck!

Thanks girl! Yes, dancing is so much more fun than hopping on a treadmill and this is not walking/jogging weather so...... Glad to hear the booty is shakin while washing dishes! That's what I just took a break from and I was booty shakin then too! :-) Thanks, and good luck to you too!

So right, BuffyBear! I swear, I'm gonna fall over- just took my 50 pound boxer on a jog. I am struggling today- burned 504 calories this morning at Curves, now this. My right side was really hurting and it always travels up my arm into the front of the shoulder chest area. Man, I was hurting. No pain, no gain they say!

No pain..no gain, is an old wives tale! pain in the arm/chest/shoulder... is this from the dog while jogging? or do you need to be checked out at a dr.'s?

Paula, I think I am ok. It happened at Curves the first few times I went. I think it might be that I need to drink more water. I haven't been drinking nearly as much as I need to. But no, it's not from the dog. It does worry me at times though that it seems to always travel up my arm and into the front area of my shoulder. Like I said, when I first started Curves it happened so I'm not sure what's going on. Thanks for checking in, hun. I agree with you- it's not worth it if I'm hurting myself in a bad way.

No, of course it's not! It could be as simple as a small 'stitch' which happens with 'jogging' or exertion exercises. But it also could be signs of a much more serious issue.. so pls be careful and keep a close eye on how you are feeling when you are exercising. Love the dancing!!! That's some of my most favorite times... dancing and cleaning and singing and cleaning.. it really motivates me!

Thanks guys! I was thinking of going to Zumba tonight, but I think I'm going to take it easy instead. I guess panic set in (stress) and my side started to hurt even though I'm just sitting here in rest position. I have an insanely amount of internal stress as I don't deal with my thoughts and emotions well at all....whole other story, but anyway, I'm just tired. One minute I feel like-way to go, I did it! And then I'm freaking out that something is wrong and that all my work is for nothing. Argggghhhh- so much stress I put on myself.
