Sitting here about 50 miles outside of DC, we're surrounded by walls of snow. Yesterday (Wednesday) the winds were blowing the snow horizontally; some drifts appear to be about 5 - 6' high. Some cars have been complete-ly buried in the snow - all you can see is the antenna sticking up!
Haven't been able to dig out & get to a store, so I've been off the diet for a few days. I haven't been "way off" ~ like eating a whole bag of potato chips, or pizza, but I AM eating more carbs than normal. Hopefully, some of that was worked off by 30 minutes of shoveling snow today. <Whew!>
BUT I will persevere, and get back on the plan over the next couple of days.
