Was on our cabin retreat for 6 days. Ate really well (steak, sausage, bacon, home cooked indian, bodae chigae and also had some junk food, McDonalds, Red Lobster)

The only exercise was push-ups, sit-ups and squats for 3 of those 6 days. Back to working out and a better diet this week.
97,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
Ganando 1,5 kg a la Semana
