huh????? i didn't lose a single pound. luckily this isn't my last chance at life. going to try a lot harder next week :)
My digestion seems to be slow. Next week I'm going to really focus on not overeating and eating all raw. It stinks when I've run out of money and resort to premade things! the Amy's selection is great and i trust her food but eating frozen and canned soups everyday isn't the best and i don't think i've been getting the fiber i absolutely need. i'm not freaking out though because i didn't get it perfect the first time. it's winter now so it's easier for me to step back and notice what i'm doing wrong and change it without feeling so stressed about it. ..since i dont have to prance around in a bikini or shorts and tank tops!! wish me luck!!! :)
