Had a long weekend up in Reno...stayed in bed...gambled a little and ate!...the scale shows it too!
I had a great time visiting with friends and I'm back on track today!

67,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,0 kg. Aún para ir: 4,1 kg. Dieta seguida: Poco.
