dempst ~ me, too! After eating the turkey hotdog meal, I was content enough to skip dinner but I didn’t because I didn’t want my calories too low for the day and once I started eating dinner I was actually hungrier than I thought but not ravenous. That’s one of the reasons I focus on fiber and protein.
