Down a pound...I'm back to work and the weight will stabilize. I never thought I'd want to go back to work.

67,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,4 kg. Aún para ir: 3,6 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perdiendo 0,5 kg a la Semana

Way to go! You are headed back down again. If you're away from home (at work) it should help you keep away from snacking on whatever is around.
