Short 2 mile walk before class, but squeezed one in. My nighttime eating was pretty atrocious, I should have made a dinner, but instead I grazed on very random things. Chicken breast, bread, pineapple, cheerios, whipped cream… wrote it down, but I do better with a set meal.
Puppy class last night, we’re getting more dogs. Spring does that. Mine were so obnoxious last night, even after a walk. Rescue wants me to do some volunteer stuff on weekends, but I don’t know if I’m into it. I got sucked into one of those traps a few years ago where I didn’t know how to say no, set no boundaries and pushed myself towards exhaustion. I need to find a happy medium. I teach class, i do a couple other things, that’s enough for now.
Things to do, computer successfully rebooted, let the craziness commence! Onwards.
