I had a good time. Obviously. Lotta walking, laughing, food and beer. Bought some chocolate, ate a cinnamon roll thing which i think i need to guess as ~1000 calories. I’ll go back and do that later.
My smart scale has already scolded me, and I’m fairly sure that FS is going to tell me I’m on track to gain 200+ lbs this week.
Such is life. We take a day off, we get back to it. Blob is still down, muscle up, water is okay.
