Happy Birthday to me!

With God's help I am almost 5 sizes and 60 lbs smaller than I was on my last birthday.

Wow, what a year!

My new focus is going to be on reducing my percent of fat and increasing lean muscle mass. With that in mind, I will be starting Atkins this coming week.

I am EXCITED!!!!

PS Oh, the irony. . . when i turn 40 next year and I'm "over the hill" I'll be in the best shape of my life!
