I have tried this so many times, Joan! Please keep me updated on how you are conducting and succeeding on your no- sugar diet, cuz I need help!

I have been on a "no sugar" diet for over 5 years, and doing great. I replaced sugar with stevia in the raw, and if something has on the label sugar, corn syrup or maltodextrin I just don't buy it. Never missed sugar. It can be done. Hang in there.
