Hola, I am an project/accounting assistant and I sit ALL DAY at work. Prior to this I had a job that I was on my feet for 8 hours a day. I started this one and I gained 30 lbs!!!! Not just blaming the job but also getting married, moving, and other life changes so I just didn't give my body the time and food it deservers. I hope to be back on track and ready to drop weight for summer fun in the sun :)
