Well, was not really expecting this bump, but such is life. Pasta and shrimp for dinner last night, did my first long walk in literal weeks, also did my first SkiERG workout ever! did all of ten minutes with a few rests for coughing fits, but got it on the books.
Today is BF’s birthday, have some scurrying around to do this morning. Blob way up, everything else down, back to our regularly scheduled programming. I even have new bags of salad on hand. Veggies for the win.
