Diario de Sideview, 12 oct. 23

I took almost 8 months off, no weighing, no tracking food. I did OK the first few months, but this last 3 have been hard (hubby's dementia is becoming very stressful) and I've gained, so back to basics!!
70,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Hubby and I took care of his mom while she had dementia. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done. Difficult to remember that it isn't really them when they get hateful and say terrible things. If we hadn't worked as a team I'm not sure I could have done it. I hope you have a support system to help you.
