Up past midnight finishing work project, but i did stop for dinner and a long walk. Trying to remember to take care of my body first - at least once the required 8 hours are completed. 🤣 Got to work 15 minutes late, not too bad. Although if you consider i was still going at 0110, i actually beat everyone else in.
Plan is to cut out early if it’s quiet and keep going with the projects.
Some NSV’s from the recomp. I am wearing a pair of shorts that were snug last weekend and they fit. Waist is down 2” from the beginning although i can cure that with the right food. Also going through the lingerie drawer and tossing anything old and ugly. That’s kinda fun.
Numbers, blob continues to recede. I am way more hydrated this morning and it shows in the muscle and lean mass numbers. The bump up doesn’t bother me.
I gutted a piece of pumpkin pie my mom brought over, logged it as pumpkin pudding, and got on with my life. She keeps bringing treats over, and i have to balance that line of being gracious but not letting her sabotage me. That dance is tricky, goes all the way back to childhood, but there’s not enough time in the day for that here.
Gorgeous day, planning on a swim and a walk. May take the dogs down to one of the islands in the bay for an adventure. We’ll see on that one. I have no desire to engulf myself amongst strangers when i know everything will be less crowded next weekend, including the dog beaches. No pics, just logging and planning my escape.
