Diario de Gblaschuk, 11 jul. 11

Hmm not sure is I am disappointed or not. I worked so hard on staying on Atkins and excerised and it was only 2 lbs. I guess I should remember that if that was another diet I would be ecstatic and have eaten nowhere as well. What worries me is I am only eating 20 carbs a day now and losing 2 what will my actual number be when I finalize???Maybe no more that 20!!! Well at least it was 2 lbs.

Good job on the 2 lbs, it's something. Make sure you are getting 15-20 net carbs from veggies. From your calendar, it doesn't look like your eating enough veggies. Watch out for other things that have carbs in them to take your number to 20. And of course, water, water, and more water. Good luck to you.

Thanks for the encouragement. Water is good...I do about 12 cups a day but yes I am working hard on those veggies...picked up some squash and zucchini to help up it. Between that and peppers I am hoping I can get up there in those carbs!

2 lbs is great! Much better than my 0.6 last week. :P It's perspective. You're not hungry, you're not drained. I'm not doing much better on the veggies, but I find one trick is to put lettuce or spinich in everything. Have tuna? add lettuce. Eggs? add lettuce. Just a thought from looking at your food: You're currently averaging ~70% of your RDI in fats. I know we're allowed to have them, but maybe try to turn some of those into carbs or protein and see what happens?
