Two weeks to loose 0.5. There are lots of excuses but it comes down to what my wonderful walking mentor recently told me.
To loose 1 kilo I need to have a deficit of 7,700 calories. So in two weeks I have had a deficit of just over 3,000 calories so Lizzie I am just validating your stats.
More importantly, it still comes down to my wrong relationship with food. When things happen, when I am super busy, tired, happy, joyous, sad - I shouldn’t go to food!
83,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

What's a mere 7,700 cals here or there!!!! Isn't it great that it's not a race 😀 Slow and steady works 👍 AND consistency ... The relationship with food stuff is like all our relationships... requires work and time, thankfully again, not a race 🤗
